Andrew L. Wallace

Mr. Wallace concentrates his practice in the areas of commercial and business litigation, a significant portion of which focuses on matters related to construction activities. He has handled cases involving all facets of commercial litigation, including premises liability, negligence, fraud, business torts, and contract disputes. He advises clients on matters relating to construction, insurance coverage, as well as business and contract issues. He also has significant experience representing governmental entities including but not limited to inverse condemnation, eminent domain proceedings, and governmental immunity issues.
