Kevin B. Wiggins
Kevin B. Wiggins is the Co-Founder and General Partner of Adorno Yoss White & Wiggins, L.L.P. His principal areas of practice are antitrust, business torts, complex commercial litigation, labor/employment litigation and counseling, real estate litigation and civil appeals. He has been a mediator in Dallas County since 1993 and mediated matters involving personal injury, race and sex discrimination, breach of contract and commercial claims.
Mr. Wiggins began his career as a law clerk to The Honorable Walter Jay Skinner, U.S. District Judge for the District of Massachusetts. Thereafter he spent ten years as an associate then partner specializing in complex business litigation with a major Dallas law firm. In 1992 he served as a Justice on the Fifth District Court of Appeals in Dallas .
