Lester Rushin, III

Mr. Rushin’s principal area of practice is intellectual property with an emphasis on trademarks and related issues. He has extensive experience working for Fortune 50 corporations, including American Airlines and GTE (n/k/a Verizon), as the head of their trademark departments. He brings his experience in the areas of trademark registration, protection, enforcement and litigation to businesses and individuals as well. Mr. Rushin also conducts intellectual property audits, and works on internet related issues and technology licensing. His experience further includes the formation of profit and non-profit entities, and obtaining 501(c)(3) status.
