Tracey R. Wallace

Ms. Wallace’s principal area of practice is corporate defense in the area of employment/labor law, specializing in claims brought pursuant to Title VII, Sections 1981, 1983, 1985 and 1986, Workers’ Compensation, FMLA, Age Discrimination and the Fair Labor Standards Act. Ms. Wallace also performs EEO audits, sexual harassment investigations, and practices commercial litigation.
