Construction Litigation
White & Wiggins' experience in the area of construction is vast and varied. We have represented owners, contractors, subcontractors, governmental entities and utility companies in a variety of commercial and residential construction contract disputes including, but not limited to, disputes involving inadequate performance, project delay, breach of warranty, detrimental reliance and promissory estoppel. W&W has successfully pursued claims on behalf of its clients in arbitration and state court and recently obtained a jury verdict in excess of a million dollars. W&W also has experience negotiating, drafting, and/or providing legal opinions of construction contracts, lien and bond issues.
