Jamie Seaberry

Jamie Seaberry is a Senior Associate in the Dallas office. She practices primarily in the area of commercial litigation and bankruptcy. She represents corporate clients in contractual disputes, business torts, collection matters, and as creditors in bankruptcy proceedings. Ms. Seaberry also represents corporate clients in eminent domain and workers' compensation matters. She also defends clients in product liability matters.

Ms. Seaberry has represented a regional tollway authority in the acquisition of property for two major highway projects. Ms. Seaberry acquired numerous parcels on behalf of the NTTA as part of the eastern extension of the George Bush Turnpike and the SH-121 project. Such parcels included residential, commercial, and church properties, as well as a multi-unit condominium complex. As part of the acquisitions, she negotiated billboard/signage values and worked with project engineers to adjust takings when possible to promote settlements. Ms. Seaberry also handled three appeals through the litigation process to favorable settlements.
