Jules I. Palmer
Jules I. Palmer is Real Estate Counsel to the Firm's Dallas office. Mr. Palmer's primary areas of practice include commercial and residential real estate transactions, commercial lending and title issues. Mr. Palmer also advises clients on commercial lending, mortgage back-securities, real estate fraud and inverse condemnation issues.
Mr. Palmer brings to the firm extensive experience in matters relating to commercial leasing, landlord/tenant law and commercial landlord/tenant litigation. Additionally Mr. Palmer has significant experience in representing financial institutions with emphasis on mortgage servicing, consumer lending, legislative and public policy concerns, foreclosure, real estate litigation, evictions, title, REO sales, Title 1 and subordinate lien mortgages.
