Kenneth E. Walker practices in the areas of business transactions, business law, business formation and dissolution, corporations, partnerships, contracts, real estate, estate planning, will and trust, computer law and tax. Mr. Walker's hometown is Memphis, Tennessee. He received his J.D., from Harvard Law School, and a B.A., in Economics and Afro-American Studies from Harvard College.

Mr. Walker serves as outside general counsel for a wide variety of businesses, including airport concessionaires, franchisees, franchisors, restaurants, retailers, manufacturers, professional service providers, and other service providers. Mr. Walker serves clients in Texas, Florida, California, North Carolina, and other parts of the United States.
