In addition, we advise clients with respect to many different types of properties, including office buildings, apartment complexes, shopping centers, shopping malls, hotels, warehouses, airports, day care centers, residences, churches and other non-profit organizations.

In connection with real estate transactions, we have advised and represented clients on real estate tax issues at the federal, state, and local levels, including income taxes, franchise taxes, sales taxes, and property taxes. Our real estate experience includes structuring, negotiating, and closing real estate transactions and drafting a wide array of real estate contracts, title documents, leases, financing documents, and organization documents.

We represent clients in a diverse range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, banking, franchises, airport concessions, churches and other non-profits.

If litigation becomes unavoidable, we have extensive experience in real estate litigation. We have represented real estate clients in federal and state district court, county court, probate court, and justice of the peace court. We have handled trial and appellate work in federal and state court. We have represented real estate clients in bankruptcy court in Chapter 11, Chapter 7, and Chapter 13 cases. We have handled complex commercial real estate litigation, including commercial lease disputes, partnership disputes, construction contract disputes, loan agreements, personal injury cases, title disputes, zoning disputes, and condemnation disputes.
